Our Story
A Builder Built for the Long Run.
Future Construction & Design INC was founded by people who have lived this trade their entire careers — long before there was a logo, a license number, or a brand. We were on the job sites, behind the permit counters, and on the phone with subcontractors at 6:00 AM. We saw, up close, how clients were being treated by builders who took shortcuts, communicated poorly, and disappeared when problems showed up.
FCD exists because we knew it could be done better. We built this company around a simple promise: every project — whether it's an ADU in a backyard or a multifamily build with millions on the line — gets the full weight of our attention. Same standard. Same care. Same respect for your money and your time.
We serve homeowners building dream homes, investors adding ADUs to their portfolios, and developers turning ground into multifamily units. Different clients, different scopes — but every job runs through the same playbook: clear communication, clean sites, and a punch list that ends at zero.

Founder & CEO
Quynh founded Future Construction & Design with one mission: build homes and communities that people are proud of for generations. She leads every project with precision, care, and an obsessive standard for quality.
Tien Pham
Director of Operations
Tien runs the engine that keeps every project moving. From initial estimate and proposal to budget tracking and client communication — if it needs to get done, Tien handles it. He is the reason projects stay on time and clients stay informed.
Andy Bui
Project Manager
Andy manages day-to-day operations on every active job site. He coordinates crews, tracks progress, and holds every subcontractor to the FCD standard — clean sites, quality work, zero excuses.

Why We Built This Company.
I started Future Construction & Design because I was tired of watching homeowners get burned. I watched too many clients sign contracts with builders who oversold and under-delivered, who disappeared mid-project, who treated change orders like profit centers and communication like an afterthought.
That's not who we are. At FCD, we run every project on a single principle: we earn the trust before we earn the check. That means showing up when we say we will, telling you the truth when something goes wrong, pulling every permit ourselves, and treating your home or investment like it's our family's.
If you hire us, you're going to know exactly what's happening on your project — every day. You'll have a dedicated PM whose job is to keep you informed. You'll have honest pricing, fixed-price contracts where possible, and zero surprise invoices. And when we walk away on the final day, your punch list will be at zero.
